Lourdes was very helpful with the whole purchase. She was understanding with the type of bed we wanted within our price range. She even called customer service to satisfy our curiosity on our purchase. We are completely satisfied with our experience.

We purchased our mattress on 6÷5÷16 from Emily at this Sleepy’s. She was knowledgeable about the products and made great suggestions about bedding and some of the accessories in the store. My husband and I are very happy with the transaction, and the financing Emily set up for us. We haven’t received our mattress yet, it’s coming on 6/​22, so I hope to upgrade to 5 then!!! Thanks Emily!

The girl who sold me the mattress was very nice and personable. However, the warehouse delivered a mattress that was not new. It was even softer than the floor model and not in any packaging. I called back and asked about the scratched and bent frame and the associate was very rude. Beware of any Sleepy’s in RI.
