Reviewer above sent me a message —- ridiculous.
this has nothing to do with paying for gas or a co-​payment for a dental service (not sure what this comparison is about) but with actually knowing what you are doing. Shining a light into a chimney is NOT how it is done.
Also save the notes for yourself just to get the ratings up. I gladly write to the better business bureau .
