I needed a metal exterior staircase built and a window made into a door, both leading to my small backyard. The scheduler seemed competent enough, then the estimator called me 30 minutes after he was scheduled to show up to reschedule. The second time, he arrived on time, and seemed to be professional enough… after calling the estimator and company two times each and leaving messages, no call back. Maybe they’ll surprise me with a call tomorrow. Weak! Why can’t companies do what they say they will do? Is business too good?
