This BK is at a great location for on the go breakfast for the city. The service was dadt enough and the food seemed fresh and tasted great. I actually think BK had the best breakfast in fast food.

This Burger King is clean and usually empty but prior visits have given slow service in the restaurant. However this time I used the drive thru, The process was quick, the service was friendly. I was asked to pull into a parking space for my order, It came in less than two minutes and delivered in the drizzling rain. Now that is some service for commonplace fast food, Next time I’ll not hesitate to close drive thru here,

I rarely eat fast food but once in a while get that fries or cheeseburger craving and invariably stop at this fast food place as invariably I have a good experience in the drive-through with friendly helpful cashier, a fairly fast moving line, and the fries and burger are always hot and fresh(I do tend to stop at meal times however, so who knows if you go at other times?). I saw the other reviews and wondered if it was the same place?!

It’s categorized as fast food, but don’t expect the food to be fast at all. All the burger kings in the entire area seem to be in sketchy areas and this one is no different. Honestly I can’t see why anyone would visit this location unless they received a coupon in the mail for some new item and wanted to try it just to say they did. I pass it sometimes on my way to work so if a coupon comes in the mail I act as a guinea pig. Customer service here isn’t exactly stellar. The food isn’t exactly great. And I feel like over the years the price goes up as the size of fries and onion rings goes down. They aren’t open super early, and they don’t stay open late, so I can’t even imagine this as being a go to place late night.

I don’t expect anything exceptional here. The bags have coupons printed on them. Returning with them, they said they could not accept them as their system isn’t programmed with them. No remuneration. The staff and manager did not care.

When you go to fast food, don’t expect great service. However, since it’s «fast food» shouldn’t it be just a little bit faster than say, waiting in line for over 15 minutes? This place is terribly slow and they don’t always get your food order right. I’ve been here a couple of times and each time, I sit in the drive-through for a good 15 minutes. I mean, I don’t expect my food to be customized or anything but I’m an on-the-go person… can I at least get my food and go?

I don’t usually bother going here(or Unilocaling fast food), but this Burger King is possibly the worst fast food option in the city, maybe even the whole east coast. Stay far, far away. Last night I was hungry, stuck in traffic, and the Wendy’s a block away would have taken ten more minutes to get to. I made the mistake of giving Burger King another chance. I walked in to see construction workers remodeling. Power tools were out, the whole place was torn up. No safety anythings were present to keep anyone from tripping over a drill or chop saw. After working my way through the construction zone, I was able to order. There was no line, a few people were waiting for food, and 5 people were on duty, including a manager. My order took THIRTEENMINUTES to complete and I left at about the same time as the other people who had already ordered when I got there. The cashier said they were waiting on fresh fries… which btw, take about 3 minutes to cook. I sat down to eat and remarkably, my sandwich appeared to have been made at least hours before i got there. The chicken was cool, dried into a biscuit, and almost black in color. They made me wait 13 minutes for a sandwich that was made before I got there. WTF? I asked for a refund. Without anything more than a mumble, not even eye contact, the manager gave me my cash in exchange for the mummified shit he sold to me as «food.» Anyway, don’t go here. Period. Ever. For any reason. Unless maybe to buy drugs, probably from someone who works there. …although, in hindsight, I guess this is what I deserve for even attempting to eat at a Burger King after the age of 19.

Why waste time reviewing a fast-food joint in Swampoodle/Trinidad/Ivy City(what hood is this, anyway?)? Because of that hilarious time on Superbowl Sunday 2007 with my buddy Murph when some dude posted up in the parking lot was aggressively trying to unload stolen gold chains on us.(We declined, repeatedly.) Then we went inside, where a couple cops were just chillin, didn’t seem to mind. Ordering process took the usual 15 or so minutes, food was lukewarm and tasted way worse than it does anyplace outside the Beltway. Staff was surly(any material difference between a Burger King employee and an MPD officer? Social skills? Training? Work ethic? I digress.) Probably not a big surprise that fast food places in D.C. keep closing up shop — the food’s terrible, it takes forever, and everything on the dollar menu is like $ 1.59. Kind of a drag.
