I got a groupon deal and was so excited that I found a deal that included stairs. However, after two weeks of calling and emailing, I am fed up and now wish I hadn’t bought the deal. The company won’t answer their phones, return my emails, or return my calls. I guess not all deals are good– especially if the company won’t return calls. Don’t waste your money or your time. I’m now trying to contact groupon to get my money back.

Jackie came over today and she gave a thorough inspection of my carpets (3 rooms). She was very informative and helpful. I never felt pushed or rushed to make a decision, and I ended up going for the total deep cleaning. The floors look excellent; I will definitely call on this company (and Jackie) again!
