I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Cooper and his staff. He’s and excellent Doctor, and most of my friends that I have referred to him feel the same way. He always takes his time and explains anything that I am concerned about. I would not recommend any other Doctor.

I’m starting to think this doctor swindled me. I went to see him twice in the last month. I paid out of pocket and have since received bills with unknown charges totaling an additional $ 400 dated for appointments when I never even saw him. His front desk is also incompetent. I changed doctors and they claimed they faxed my records to my new doctor five times but they never did. I eventually had to take hard copies from them and transfer then myself. Avoid!
I hope the billing is an error on his front office’s fault but either way it is hassle no one needs with a doctor.

Dr Cooper is an Ob/​gyn who accepts Aetna coverage and he is excellent all round, I would recommend him to anyone, and trust his professionalism and point of view. He recently performed surgery on me, and the entire experience went smoothly.
It’s never fun to go through a major surgery and face the potential risks it entails, but Dr Cooper was so clear and reassuring in laying out my options, discussing them and supporting my decision that I felt very calm. I was in good hands.
The team of people he works with in DC, Chevy Chase and at Sibley Hospital are all equally top notch. He’s got tons of experience and a great attitude and it shows.
