This is the cleanest dominos pizza restaurant I’ve been to. The food was pretty good too. Went in for a pizza and the wait was less than 8 minutes. The place seemed understaffed but the guy was very courteous and helpful.

Anyone who knows me knows that I am a BIG pizza fan. If I am going to order in pizza for a movie night, I would almost always choose Dominos. Not anymore! I had an awful experience with this Dominos chain.
After a long day at work I came home excited about ordering Dominos. I was moving the next day and needed to pack all night, I didn’t want to waste any time cooking or picking something up. I called on my way home at about 6:45 by 8:00 my pizza had not come yet so I called to ask where it was. They said«oh huh your pizza is next to me, it says return to shop. Do you want me to send it back out?» I said yes and that I would still like dinner.
After another 50 minutes the pizza had still not arrived so I called again. At this point their only response was«oh we don’t deliver to you anymore.» By this point I had waited over two hours for the pizza and they were just now telling me they don’t deliver to me anymore! The management and staff was rude and unapologetic. I suggest to stay away from ordering from this shop.

They made up for making my pizza with the wrong toppings by sending a replacement delivery in 5 minutes which was great.

Awful, awful, awful. This place is obnoxiously slow and rude. When your order is taking twice as long as it should, and you try to check the website, it’s never updated. And when it’s been over an hour and STILL no food, and you try and call to check in, their phones hang up on you. The food is not bad — pretty standard Domino’s fare. That said, the wings were pretty small. Tasty, but small. It left me wishing there were more of them(especially for what I paid).

We tried to order wings from this Domino’s for delivery. First, we were told the order would take 40 – 50 min., and it ended up taking 110 min. Crazy. Second, when we tried to call to check on the status of our order, we were hung up on. Four times in a row! This place has horrible customer service, and, even worse, the wings were of horribly small size for how much money we paid. The only reason this isn’t a one star review is because, after complaining to corporate, the manager called me to apologize and refund my money. I still won’t be ordering from this location ever again.

I made a mistake on my order(100% my fault), the person behind the counter fixed it for me without making me feel stupid. And the pizza is always good!

Moved to DC2 months ago and have ordered from here twice — both delivery, both via online ordering. First experience was decent. Second was excellent. I’ll start with the better of the two. Tonight’s order was fantastic! Pan pizza cooked to perfection. Delivered quickly(within 30 minutes of ordering). Driver called me when he left the store and again when he arrived. And this was all on a Friday night, to boot. First experience was… meh. Pizza slightly burned and barely had any cheese on it(handmade pans are supposed to have double cheese). Driver unfriendly but was punctual. Net-net: the price is well worth quality and overall customer experience.

Wow. I know that it’s Domino’s, but this was hands-down the WORST Domino’s experience I’ve ever had. My friends and I were craving pizza. Normal thing, nothing suspicious yet, don’t worry. We decide we’ll just head to Domino’s since we know what to expect from them and bring our pies home to eat. We show up, and are waiting for someone… to attend to us. There’s no one at the front, and we hear commotion in the back of people trying to get pizzas ready for filled orders. After about 10 minutes, someone who was on the phone finally takes a moment to get off the phone to ask if we’re there to pick up a pizza. Nope, we want to order some though. … cue waiting for another 10 minutes. We’re not too miffed at this point because we were being indecisive. When we finally get some attention again, we are ready. I ask for 3 of the $ 5.992-topping medium pizzas: pineapple mushroom, sausage jalapeño, pepperoni red pepper.(We were indecisive because I really wanted pineapple on my pizza but it was an unpopular choice. So we just all got our own pizzas XD) We don’t see or hear about our pizzas for about 40 minutes. At the 40 minute mark, someone asks us what we ordered. We tell him the 3 medium pizzas. Another 10 minutes rolls by and he gives us 2 medium pizza boxes and a pan pizza box. I assume that they just ran out of medium pizza boxes. NEVERASSUMETHINGSLIKETHAT. My pineapple and mushroom medium pizza turned out to be a mushroom pan pizza. AFTERALLOFTHAT I DIDN’T EVENGETPINEAPPLE. And we paid extra for this pizza. Why. WHYDIDTHISHAPPEN. I don’t know how on earth this mix-up happened, but it was terrible. If you want Domino’s, don’t go do this one.

I’ve had some pretty horrid experiences here. Attempt 1: I only got half my pizza. It was left on my doorstep(didn’t call or knock), with half the pizza missing. I have no idea what happened to my receipt or the other half of my pizza. Attempt 2: Pizza came about 1.5 hours after I ordered it, which would have been fine if they were honest. However, the online Pizza Tracker changed to delivered around the half hour mark, despite me not receiving my pizza until an hour later. If I could give it ZERO stars, I would. But since I can’t, I would recommend staying far, far, far away from this place.

Umm, no. Definitely not. Nice try with that whole«we changed the crust» scheme, but the pizza is still gross. As many hundreds of pizza options as there are in New York no matter what corner you live on, who the hell is supporting Domino’s? Did anyone else notice that their delivery service is also very slow? Last time I tried to give them a chance it took them an hour to show up. Unacceptable on every level.

Not too much going for it other than a captive audience and reasonable delivery times. Pros: speedy, and cheap Cons: frequent rats in the driveway, relatively tasteless crust, sauce, and cheese, everything except the convenience. DC is not an awesome city for delivery pizza, but in the Georgetown area, Pizza Movers is a much better taste for the price. And if you’re willing to pick up, there are some phenomenal options in the area: Pizzeria Paradiso, 2 Amys, Pete’s New Haven Style Apizza, and the Italian Store, to name a few(of very different styles).

When I was in school, and ordered/picked up pizza here at least twice a week, there was a rumor going around that this Domino’s had the best reputation in the country. This myth was never confirmed, but it was good enough to keep us not only ordering for late-night cravings, but during normal eating hours too. At any hour, really. Always hot, fresh, cheap(2 for Tuesday) and coupons just magically appear anywhere you go. I found a coupon in my shoe once before deciding not to run, but throw a pizza party instead. Even their guerrilla marketing is genius. My experience with Domino’s probably culminated when our friend jumped through and shattered the store front window to get inside, completely bypassing the door. Maybe he couldn’t find the door. Or maybe he just forgot about the door altogether. Understandably, it’s hard to follow«rules» like entering doors when fresh pizza dough is being tossed in the air in front of you, like a Frisbee waiting to be caught in one’s mouth. It happens.

Philly Pizza Company may be the best deal around, but Dominoes wins on taste. How do they keep it so hot? It’s in the bag. The patented«HEATWAVE» technology keeps your pizza hot and steaming. Open the lid… pepperoni and mushroom! Sink your teeth into a CinnaStix! Or feast your eyes on the new, «Amazin’ Greens.»…We have ourselves a feast of grand proportions. With this many options, be sure to go online and use the interactive«Meal Builder», to assure that you get the perfect combination for the occasion. Not hungry? No problem… these pizzas stay good for weeks. To simulate the magic of the HEATWAVE, use a toaster oven to reheat your slice(microwaves will toughen the crust), or else broil it on the top oven rack. Serve with Cola.
