Very poor service. They had a ticket release for the foams that released last Friday and I was lucky enough to get a ticket. The problem? I am a teacher and cannot come in at the required 10am pick-up time they assigned me. I asked if I could come at 4pm to pick them up since I teach all day and while the sales rep tried to help me, the manager tossed a lot of attitude my way, shutting me out. :( I had to ask a buddy to get them online for me while I was teaching and even though I’m happy I scored them anyways, it’s sad that I had to turn to spending my money at instead of at a local store like DTLR. Their loss, Nike’s gain. I’ll not be coming here again. After years of being a customer here, I am now going elsewheres. Byyeee, Feliciaaaa.

The worst store ever!!! I bought from them 7 northface boots for me and my employees and we needed to exchange one boot to a different size. I want there 2 weeks ago and place an order and the guy told me that it will take between 7 to 10 days. 14 days later no boots and more then that — they can’t find my order and apparently now no DTLR store in the US have this boot in the size i ordered. There assistant store manager was rude and unhelpful.

DTLR is a favorite of mien to get my clothes. This one is the closest though I usually go to the one on Minnesota Ave because it’s easier to park(and it’s around the corner from the babysitters). But whenever I visited the H Street location, it has never failed. Same clothes as any DTLR, and the staff here is pretty friendly. You get greeted as soon as you walk through the door. And while you’re shopping, multiple staff will ask if you need help. The store has always been clean and orderly. The music isn’t as loud as Minnesota Ave which is good. Parking can be challenging unless you park across the street in the shopping plaza. For me when it comes to retail stores, it’s all about how good the service is. They’re not going to offer a matching belt and shoes with some pants you’re looking at like the Gucci stores do, but this DTLR has great service, relative to it being a small retail clothing store.
