Very friendly staff and always eager to get your order. Most of the time the order is prepared consistently and promptly

The products I receive are always good as usual from any dunkin’s, however whenever I go into this dunkin donuts they’re always rude to me, they could be really friendly to the customer in front of me but when I come, I always try to be friendly. I smile I say good morning… But they’re always just really rude. I don’t go to this dunkins anymore. I understand there are probably rude customers, their boss doesn’t seem the nicest and so they might have a real reason for it, but the point is you need to still be professional when you’re at work… It applies for any job requiring customer service. Even if I have a bad day or hate work I would never let that impact the service I give. It’s all about attitude not the circumstances. Unless that changes, I will not be returning.

I was very disappointed with the service received at this store this morning. I went in the store this morning and order a number 5(bagel egg and cheese sandwich) I wanted to substitute the American cheese for cream cheese. The cashier did NOT know how to do it. He attempted several times and finally he said he completed it correctly. He was very nice but didn’t know exactly what he was doing. I proceeded to the pick up section. I knew there was going to be a problem with my order. As I saw the two girls making my food I asked them if that was my order and it was. I told them I ordered cream cheese and NOT regular cheese. She looked at the ticket and told me that was NOT my order. I told her that the cashier may not have rang it in correctly but i wanted cream cheese and not American cheese. Instead of her apologizing and making what i wanted,(the customer is ALWAYS right) she yelled to the cashier to charge me more for the cream cheese, than she threw my sandwich together with an attitude and placed it on the counter instead of in my hands. The manager came over and asked the employee what was going on and she said i needed to be charged for the cream cheese. Instead of the manager trying to determine the real issue and asked for the money. I paid her and walked out. I was not upset about the extra charged but the way they handled the situation. The customer is always right and if a cashier doesn’t properly ring something up than make it right. Also if your a manager and you see a guest upset maybe attempt to address the issue. I will NOT return to this store. The female employees were rude and had very nasty attitudes.

I’ve been consistently impressed with the quality of the coffee and customer service here since I started going in May. One huge problem, however, is the disgusting way the manager treats her staff. On one occasion, an employee left the counter for literally a few seconds to get something that I requested and the manager barked at her an order to get back to the counter and pointed like she was ordering around a dog and not a human being. A few weeks later, I observed the same manager loudly lecturing a group of employees in the back of the restaurant in the tone of voice of an elementary school hallway monitor threatening consequences if X or Y ever happens again. Most coffee places in this town take forever, but this place has always moved the line impressively quickly and made my order correctly. I suspect many of the negative reviews here are really just frustration with the size of the line, but what do people expect downtown at 9am? I was trying to decide whether to give this place a 5 star review(for the coffee and service) or a 1 star review(for the abusive management) but hopefully 1 star sends the message to this business that it ought to show a little respect for the folks who keep it running.

Ordered an iced coffee… waited and waited as people kept getting their orders. I Finally asked the cashier and she told the guy making coffee. The guy making coffee said he was never told about the order. I believe the orders are printed on tickets, thus not needing to be told. I’ll stick to Pret, across the street, where they have a real system that works.

Customer service is not optimal esp. when ordering something to drink. They have a division of duties behind the counter that doesn’t optimally communicate. Normal dunkin donuts. Not the cleanest dunkin that I’ve been in.

If there were as many Dunkin Donuts as there are Starbucks, the world would be a much better place. Don’t get me wrong, I love a good Sbucks latte, but there is something about DD coffee and the breakfast that’s superior to me. I found this location to be clean and friendly. My coffee and breakfast sandwich were hot and served quickly. America really does run on Dunkin’!

The coffee’s always good, but they have difficulty figuring out how to get the food(donuts excepted) to you quickly or correctly.

I LOVE my Dunkin Donuts, but the service here is beyond atrocious. I have been going to this location pretty much every morning for about a year because I have to walk by it on my way to the office. I’d say about once a week they get my order wrong. Yesterday I ordered a coffee with cream and sugar, but when I got to the office it was black. Not the end of the world, but frustrating, and a little saddening on a Monday morning. Then today I went in and the same guy as yesterday made my coffee. Like I said, I have gone there every morning almost for a year. I ordered a large coffee with cream and sugar. About a minute later he places a medium coffee cream and sugar on top of the counter. No one tried to take it. After a minute I suggested that this was maybe my coffee that was supposed to be a large? He said yes. Then he just left it there and went on with his work. After another minute or two I asked if he was going to give my my large coffee, and he said I have to get back in line and pay the difference between the medium and large(I was never even given a receipt). The line snaked around the entire store and was almost out the door. After paying $ 4.60 for my coffee and bagel, I walked out of the DD on K street with NOTHING. I got to my office and checked my DD Perks account, and lo and behold, I ordered and paid for a large coffee and bagel this morning LIKE I TOLDHIM I DID. I will NEVER return to this location. I would rather drink from an office coffee pot than keep giving these smug jerks my money. Management really needs to do something about their employees.

There’s nothing better than a salted caramel hot chocolate from Dunkin Donuts when it’s cold outside. Not seen any evidence of the staff working here being anything other than friendly and chatty. There is plenty of space here to sit down and enjoy your purchases and they even sell T-shirts!

Customer Service is rude! Management, do you train your Cashiers to shake their heads, roll their eyes and sigh when a customer is trying to place an order? I might understand if I’m holding up the line but I was the only person in line.

The coffee is usually very good, but the customer service is pretty lousy. Count your change! They seem to have a problem with basic math and have tried to short change me two or three times now. I’m sure it’s just a misunderstanding. ;(

Just like some people are partial to their Starbucks, I am very much a Dunkin lover. Coming from NJ where the Dunkin to Starbucks ratio was 4:1, it’s very exciting to find any Dunkin in this Starbucks-dominated city. Since I don’t work anywhere near K Street, I rarely frequent this location during commuting hours. I’m usually coming here on the weekends or after rush hour during the week and there’s typically nobody there. Never had any issues with my order when I’ve come here and have never waited long for them to complete my order. Definitely a stop I’ll continue to make when I’m in the area!

Very bad DD — both service and food. No one cares in this place if you ever get served or get your food without waiting a long time. Truly unskilled and lazy people work here.

Definitely a hit or miss place. This morning, Michelle the cashier was too busy texting on her phone to serve any of the 3 people standing in line. We had to wait for her to finish. Then when she finally called me up to the register, she had to go back to texting. After that, I had to watch 4 other people who came in behind me get their coffee before realizing no one was going to get mine unless I reminded them to. No work ethic whatsoever. A shift manager was at the register next to hers and didn’t say a word.

This Dunkin is relatively new and it still has some more kinks to work out; they still have slow service, which they need to work out. But in terms of serving the generic dunkin donuts and coffee, it works just fine.

The outside might be shiny and new but don’t let the façade fool you. I don’t understand the long lines at this Dunkin Donuts. They don’t have a large offering of flavors and they run out of the regular/classic donuts, such as the chocolate frosted, very early in the morning. The plus side(and reason for an extra star) is that customer service is friendly.

It’s such a hit or miss DD … I loveee DD coffee, especially hot lattes, but the cust svc is hit ir miss as well as the coffee quality. Most times coffee is not burned, but when it is … ughhh it’s superr bitter! The whole pt as to why I don’t go to Starbucks… I hateee burnt coffee … :/It always takes at least 10 mins to get a latte in the am, rush hour. Today was a bad/off day …
