Do not buy your custom clothes here… Really, don’t do it. On my first appointment, the proprietor walked me through the process of picking out the features for my custom shirts. He was marginally friendly at best. 2 months later I had heard nothing back, so I sent an email. I heard back the next day that the shirts were ready… Apparently they had been sitting there and no one bothered to let me know. I had asked to have my initials put on the tail of the shirt. I like to do this because it helps identify them if the dry cleaner gets shirts mixed up. When I picked up my new shirts from Eric Finn, the initials were placed to high I could see them above my belt… Ridiculous. So, I patiently asked that this be corrected. 2 weeks later, again I had heard nothing… Again I emailed and was told they were ready… Again, thanks for letting me know. This time, when I looked at the shirts it was obvious that the initials had been pulled out of the shirt, leaving visible damage. When I got home and looked more closely, I could see that the initials had originally been placed on the cuff(never part of the plan), and also poorly removed leaving further damage on the cuff. I can’t believe a business would let a custom made product out of the door with such shoddy workmanship. Bad/rude customer service… Crappy workmanship… Don’t bother with this place… There are plenty of other places in DC for well made custom mens’ clothes.
