I attended a summer gathering where Eyelightz Photo Booth had set up. There were a variety of ages in attendance. From what I could see, EVERYONE enjoyed themselves in that photo booth! My family and I used the props that were available at decided to stike a pose. What a blast we had. We used it over and over again. Each time, getting more creative with our poses and props. There was a lot of giggles and smiles all around. The Eyelightz staff were so much fun and professional. Since it was our first time using something like this, the staff made sure we understood what to expect and to just simply have fun. Samantha and Aja were rocking!!! The hostess was using the photos from the booth to create a memory book – what a GREAT idea. After having experienced Eyelightz, I’m seriously considering using them for an upcoming family event. I KNOW my entire family will enjoy making the occassion in a fun way. I love the idea and will be in touch with Samantha and Aja VERY soon!!! Thanks Eyelightz!!!

I am not able to give a full review as I was not able to actually book eyelightz because of what in my opinion was not professional behavior. I was overjoyed when I saw a deal advertised on buy with me for a 3 hour photo booth rental for 450 dollars. Prior to buying the deal I throughly reviewed deal, and website for any restrictions. I also phoned the company providing them with my date, and location. Within a few hours I received a return phone call and was told that my date is avalialbe, and they had never heard of Hume but looked up where it was, we discussed it was outside of Front Royal, and I was not told that there would be an additional charge. About 8 hours later I received a call from another employee who told me that due to distance there was an addtional 200 dollar charge. The deal listed MD/DC/NOVA, and their website lists MD/DC/VA areas, with no specification of a mileage radius, or a possible additional fees in travel.(Including, 5 dollar per mile, etc.). When asked if we could work with the 200 I was told that is what her and her partner agreed on(with no explanation as to how that amount was decided upon). My only option was to attempt to get a refund(which they did assist to help with). When the employee phoned me back for more information(that I could not give because I was waiting on contact with my mother who was purchasing for my wedding) I again expressed my displeasure, and explained that as a new company, generally one would think that a price would be honored when it was there lack of specifics in advertising, as well as lack of communication between partners and what was already told to me. At that point she agreed to honor the price with a voucher number. When I was able to reach my mom she had just gotten home and had not yet purchased it. When I told this to the employee, due to that she would not agree to honor the price, and did not seem at all willing to try and work things out. I would not chooose to work with a company so ridgid who is not willing to please their customers. So beware of fine print and be sure to get specifics if you choose to work with this company.
