I wish I could give zero stars.
I ordered and paid for a patio table a year ago.
I still haven’t received my table, or a refund.
I have had to constantly follow up, and every time it is a different story (website issue, pricing problem w vendor, waiting on vendor, problem issuing refund, blah blah blah).
They have never once contacted me with status updates as promised, and only respond after I send several emails.
I have never had such an unprofessional experience.
Wish I had checked Unilocal first & had seen the other similar review for the Baltimore location.
By the way-the only positive review on here was written by the owner.
Google her. she has a fraud history. Buyer beware!
