Not too happy overall. Hopefully things have improved.

Horrible photographs of my Doctoral graduation! My 12 year old niece could have take better photographs using her cell phone! What a disappointment.

I believe this company is based in Tallahassee, FL, but my experience with them was at The George Washington University in Washington, DC. On the second happiest day of my life, I was accosted by representatives from this company to take photos of my doctoral graduation ceremony. Even though I knew that this type of thing is typically a rip-off, I actually considered buying the photos. Although now I see over at , other customers said that the photos were poor quality. Well, I never got a chance to purchase the poor quality photos of myself because they only sent photos of the girl behind me! An easy mistake, I guess. In fact, the customer service form on their website actually has a choice from the drop-down menu, «That’s not me» so this must happen frequently. Well, it’s been over a month since my inquiry and they’re STILL sending me marketing emails with some other chic’s photos. It’s somewhat maddening, especially since I haven’t heard anything about my inquiry(besides the automatic response). Stay away from Grad Images! Don’t be duped! I’d be more likely to buy that horrible overpriced picture taken at the end of roller coasters than buy a «professionally» set up photo of my graduation from grad images. At least the roller coaster photo would actually have my face in it.
