You don’t get much time with the doctor. I think interns saw me before him; they seemed rushed as well. I would have liked more information and a more thorough exam. The worst part though is the reception. Reception is totally rude when you ever actually manage to get a hold of them. I had to cancel one appointment and called every day for three days in a row — the only time I got a live person, I was told to «please hold» and after 10 more minutes of holding I hung up. Also, when I asked to make an appointment regarding blurring and possible concerns about my retina, the receptionist said that Grewal specialized in blurred vision and a different doctor specialized in the retina, and asked which one I wanted to see. I made it clear to her that I didn’t know which doctor I should see and wanted a doctor who could address BOTH issues, and she just insisted that I choose one of the doctors. Basically the patient is asked to self-diagnose him/herself in order to make an appointment!
