The ‘crab’ egg foo yung was pretty mediocre. It would have been better had it not been drenched in a cup of brown sauce.
Food quality is about what one expects from a cheap carry-​out place. This isn’t any undiscovered hole-​in-​the-​wall.

pretty much just like all of the other DC Chinese-​Subs-​Chicken-​Seafood get your food through bullet-​proof glass joints, but with one exception. it’s cheaper than pretty much every other like place in this neighborhood. and when you are basically talking about convenience food and not high quality food, the thing that really separates one of these places from the other is price.
so… if you are looking for halfway decent chinese/​american fast food fusion take-​out, you can do worse than this place and i doubt you can find a place that is a better «value». take it for what it’s worth. 3.5 stars rounded down with the qualification that i’m rating this place not in comparison to a traditional chinese restaurant, but compared to other places in this particular food service category.
