This Ledo’s location is solid and fast. Very consistent. We always get deluxe and it comes with great toppings. The crust and sauce makes it amazing!

Had dinner(sit in) with my daughter this past Friday(1.8.16). It was full with sit in diners and a really busy takeout business going on at the time. We should of gone with the takeout. There was only one waitress for the whole restaurant. It was apparent that she was overworked, yet she had a smile on her face. It was dismaying to have to wait to order, our meal, and to even get our check. Our appetizers were over cooked, mine did not smell appealing, although it did taste good. Our pepperoni pizza was greasy(floating in grease). We were brought refills on our drinks(water and lemonade) as we were requesting the check. After waiting for the waitress to come and collect the check and my card for a bit, I decided to get up and go to the register and pay. The cashier made us wait(briefly) for our waitress who took the check to another register. I gave our waitress a cash tip and left, thinking that is unfortunate that she had the whole dine in restaurant to wait. I was reconciling my accounts this morning(Sunday) and noticed a Ledo charge for $ 6.00 more than the cost of our meal. This is what the waitress put in as her tip, although I gave her a tip. I will notify my bank on Monday. Overall this experience has left me with stating that I will not go back to that location.

Not a fan of the pizza(a little to sweet for me) but I did like the wings and the food was nice and hot when I got it. I will try the wings and the other options here other than the pizza.

The food is alway solid at this location. The place smells funny but other than that it is cool. I have tried the pizza, salads, and sandwiches. All were good

I might be the only person that feels like this but I just don’t see what the excitement is about Ledo’s pizza. I didn’t find it to be that flavorful at all and it isn’t really a pizza. It’s more of a flatbread with crust. To make matters worse I ordered a margarita pizza and some how the forgot to add the basil! REALLY?! That’s the whole point of a margarita pizza! I was so pissed that I called to complain. They ended up crediting me a new pizza that that absolutely left a poor taste in my mouth. Moreover, my roommate recently ordered a pizza that was burnt and dry tasting!

Meh. The pizza is mediocre, kind of greasy. I do like the wider variety of toppings, but overall it’s not too much different from the other pizza chains.

Worst customer service!!! Went in to pickup, after paying they said sorry it’s coming… Took a few steps toward the eat in area to see the deco and layout, one of the waiters rudely said don’t go in that area. I asked, we can’t even look at the place? She said, «NO». I asked her, «the least you can do is talk nicely», and she said, «I CANT»…

I have eaten at Ledo pizza for years… Decades… Many Decades. «Square pizzas because we don’t cut corners» That was the motto I was accustom to seeing and hearing. I have consumed more pizza and wings than anything else here. Salads and sandwiches were a close second. Why step out of the box?!? Why!!! I consumed quite a bit of «sports bar food» over the weekend and attempted to eat a little lighter during the week. Pasta and salad! I saw that the menu has been revamped and decided to go for the Bolognese and a side salad. They have an open kitchen and I have a habit of watching my food as it is being prepared. Really clean kitchen! It was great to see that items were made from recipes that were assembled in house versus pre-made items. What I graciously received was an extremely large and hot portion of fettuccine tossed in a standard and slightly sweet tomato sauce with ground beef topped off with a chiffonade of basil and grated Parmesan cheese. Simple meat sauce but not a great Bolognese. I searched and searched for panchetta or even diced carrots and onions but to no avail. According to the website, only beef is used in the sauce. Not a bad sauce but I truly expected more. I guess if they used pork products it would alienate a portion of the guest. I looked at their menu, when I returned to my home, and compared the«Spaghetti to the Bolognese. They appear to use a meatless version of their sauce for everything else. Not a problem. Simple tossed salad with iceberg, cherry tomatoes, sliced red onions and croutons… Pre-made and sitting in the cooler… Just a little saddened that portions of the lettuce was a little on the brown side. I would return here because the pizza is great! it’s one of my childhood comfort foods. Heck! As a child I even worked here when it was a Pizza Hut! –

While the food seems to be pretty consistent, the customer service totally destroys what would have otherwise been a nice family meal. From what I could tell all the servers where too busy talking amongst themselves to pay any attention to any of the tables. I had to ask for: silverware, refills, to go boxes, the check, napkins, and for the table to be cleaned off. If we decide to throw away $ 48 here it would be calling the order in and picking it up. Food was ok. Mediocre, not the best and norther worst. Service of waitstaff: hands down some of the worst service I’ve ever received, I only tipped $ 5 and that was really pushing it. Our server was horrible, he never said thank you, barely made eye contact and acted as if we were intruding upon his social scene by coming into eat. Total jerk. On a positive note… portion sizes were large. Sorry folks that’s all I got.

We have ordered from here for years and the pizza still tastes the same. The first time we ordered, we were amazed at much the pizza tasted. We love the thin crust. My kids love the pizza, they get excited whenever we order Ledos. The customer service here is great all the way up to the manager.

Moving to the DC metro area, I quickly became familiar with Ledo’s. I’ve never had any of their entrees besides pizza, but I’ve been largely satisfied so far. Their pizzas are square which is a unique twist and the flavors are great. Prices are reasonable and their mozzarella sticks are also good. Service is so-so. Overall, it’s a great family restaurant but nothing to rave about.

#Gasp Better than Papa Johns? Yup! You read right! I title my review *Gasp* This is better than Papa Johns!!! My first experience with this pizza was at a work function. I arrived a little bit late and the pizza was cold. I was like great, cold no name brand pizza. I reluctantly seiged a couple of pieces. I bit into the flat cold pizza. *Noms* oOo cheesy and saucy yet sweet. *Noms* I wonder what this will taste like warm and hot out the oven. Ordered 3 Large cheese for my next work function everybody was excited after the big reveal of Ledos. Apparently it is a Name Brand unique to the DMV area. The pizza was even more delish hot out the oven. It reminds me of Papa Johns but better than Papa Johns. I didnt give it all the stars because I came for lunch today and added avocado to my pizza but the avocado was not ripe and Im sorry messing with my avocado is a deal breaker(dont mind my persnicketiness) lol

My wife is a glutard(can’t eat gluten) so we’ve gone around the city trying out different options and oddly enough ledos is by far one of the better ones. This is a just down home old style pizza joint. They make a good simple pizza as is probably mentioned in the other reviews but I did want to highlight their GF option which allows us to go out to pizza night not at some stupid hip place downtown.

The food was delicious as one would expect from Ledo Pizza. There is ample parking in their parking lot. Conveniently located in Brightwood, near the old Walter Reed medical site, right next to the McDonalds, on Georgia Avenue. Watch out for traffic cameras and inattentive pedestrians. The inside is pretty sparse and bland, but there is plenty of seats for dining in and the restaurant is managed by friendly staff. Unfortunately, when I called to order, they had no clue as to what their own website advertised as a deal: $ 14.99 for a medium pizza, toasted ravioli, and a Pepsi 2-liter bottle. Though prominently and boldly displayed on their website, deal basically saves you $ 2.50, the equivalent of a free 2-liter bottle(so not much of a deal at all).

I really enjoy the pizza everytime I get it. So fresh and tasty. And the sauce is a bit sweet adding flavor to the cheese and flaky crust. All pieces are good. And different. Last time G ordered the 4 cheese ravioli and that was real good too. We had hamburger on the pieces and that was very good. But even an all cheese pie is always a winner. Koral and always G

Ledo’s pizza is just plain DELICIOUS! I love, love, love it. Gosh, I remember way before they became a chain and were located only on University Boulevard. I’ve always been a fan of their pizza. Other items on the menu ~ not so much, but the pizza! Did I mention I love, love, love it?! Now the service oftentimes leaves much to be desired. You can always tell the mood of the staff as they wear their feelings on their sleeves. I rarely eat-in as the place is loud and the service, mediocre, at best. As a rule, I order bacon, tomato, mushrooms(and sometimes sausage). The mushrooms and tomatoes are always FRESH. Yep, the pizza is de-yummy!

Finally found the best Ledo location! Fast, good proportions of sauce to cheese, accurate crust thinness… Bravo, Ledo. Bravo. (As a note, I have mentioned in previous Ledo reviews, this is a slightly sweeter sauce than you might be used to, but not nearly as sweet as Dominos used to be. They are square pizzas with thin crusts, a small is plenty for one, enough for two with the addition of salad//wings. I usually carryout rather than dine-in, at this particular location there were lots of small children when I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon so buyer beware. Resonable prices, but not a national chain so it’s more than $ 6 but the increase in quality/taste is well worth it.)

No apron, no name tag, no initiative, no clear communication. These are the first things that come to mind during my *sad* experience at Ledo’s. I know it’s now a chain but I remember when it wasn’t. When they used fresh ingredients. My *sad* pizza was chicken, meatballs, mushrooms and pineapple. There was not a single fresh ingredient on this pizza. Everything was«previously frozen» and not at all appetizing. Too bad 1-star is the minimum score. How I long for the Ledo’s of the past. The great food, great service and ambiance. Oh well… Just don’t eat here now.

This is the second Ledo’s location I have been to. We ordered two pizza’s and a large salad. The salad unlike the other location I ordered from in the past wasn’t fresh and was wilted. Because it was already late, I didn’t hold it against them too much — but wouldn’t settle for this if it was prime time. We placed an order upon arrival, and actually got the pizzas pretty quick. The manager on duty took our order and was very efficient and pleasant. Plenty of parking and conveniently located close to home. Only downfall, wish they delivered!
