As of today I have owned my home for 4 days! This is all due to Matt’s help. He worked as my lender thru First Home Mortgage and helped me to close my house in less that 45 days. I first talked to Matt two days after putting a contract on the house and I was looking for an alternate lender (my real estate agent recommended a lender that I no longer wanted to use). Matt made me feel comfortable that he could get the job done in 30 days and provide me the best options available and he did just that. He was in constant communication with me and never left me in the dark. He even gave me his personal cell phone number to text/call him even if he was out of the office. He made this experience great and I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable lender.
