Before you read my review I should mention that I did not comparison shop for my wedding rentals since my caterer already had a working agreement with them.
Scheduling an appointment at their showroom was a breeze. I went in with my mother and mother-​in-​law and we spent a full hour fondling tablecloths, testing our chairs, and clinking glass ware. We had so much fun looking at all the beautiful table setting porn that they had and our consultant only stepped in when we needed her.
Once we made our final pick we were on our way and was promised a quote in the next day. It took several days and several emails to get a finalized quote which was a little bit disheartening since after we received that quote we had a few questions and changes and it again took another few days to answer.
After things were settled we were then informed that they no longer had a full set of the dishware we requested which also a bummer as well. Our consultant was nice enough to make a few more suggestions but none of them really matched the style that we wanted but we were able to make do with a more simpler pattern.
Pre-​event and post-​event everything was set up and picked up on time which was awesome. Overall, a good vendor but I wish they would work on having more of an efficient communication system.

I HIGHLY recommend renting all of your party supplies from this company. Jessica and her team in the DC office were fabulous to work with. So flexible and understanding of my budget and limitations. I could not have asked for a more beautiful set up for my bridal shower. I look forward to working with this team again.
