Dishonest. Lied to me about unnecessary repairs and refused to send me my evaluation fee I wanted back considering he did no analysis, just tried to trick me into ordering $ 400+ in parts when all I needed was a $ 25 new charger. Even asked him to check if it was a charger issue first. Thought I was a sucker.
Took my computer back and paid a guy to try and scam me. Beware.
