From the moment I filled out the request form on their website, my experience working with Secure Data Recovery and my account rep, Chris, were great. Chris provided me with a prepaid FedEx label and kept me updated through emails and telephone calls throughout the process. The cost of recovery ended up being more than I was willing to spend, but Chris was professional and punctual with arranging to have my damaged hard drive returned to me. Although I did not go through with having my data recovered, I would strongly recommend Secure Data Recovery to family and friends if they should ever need this service.

Beautiful! I had an external drive with audio interviews with someone who had been difficult to get, and so of course the drive failed and the backup failed. Sigh. Mitchell took care of it, though, and he was able to retrieve everything. Five-​star service, and a really great attitude as well.

I used Secure Data Recovery to repair a memory card and retrieve vacation photos from a memory card. We were very upset that these pictures were possibly lost and unretrievable. The service was very smooth.
1) I dropped off the memory card at their I Street NW location.
2) I was notified of an estimate. The estimate was more than we could pay for it, so Alec Sakenes (our client rep) helped up work with the manager to customize the service and payment we could handle.
3) It was very important to note that if they couldn’t repair the card, we didn’t owe any money.
4) They were very efficient in the entire process. Everything was on time as promised. I was updated on the process throughout the transaction. Alec was very patient with me and very understanding of my dilemmma.
I cannot write a more glowing review of Secure Data Recover and Alec Sakenes. I strongly recommending using them for your recovery needs.
