Best paint-​buying experience I’ve ever had. Went in and explained what I needed to paint and gave room dimensions, and the fellow that helped me (wish I caught his name) recommended amounts to not leave me with tons leftover, and walked around the store with me to pick up all the tools and essentials that I would need without trying to sell me unnecessary items.
I was parked about a block away, and without even asking, he offered to carry my paint and everything to the car. Customer service is clearly a top priority here.
Signed up with Paint Perks which made my return trip to get a little more of one of our colors an absolute breeze. I was helped by a different employee, and he was equally friendly and helpful. We’ll look no further than this particular Sherwin Williams store for our paint needs in the future.
