Ordered a chicken broccoli lunch special and they gave me goddamn shrimp broccoli. So I called back and if I can get it exchanged. They told me to bring food and they took food back and counted shrimp and told me that I ate two shrimps already. Like what the fuck? I just trashed the fucking food in the trash can that is in right front of the shop while that bitch was looking at me. peace out simons wok and bitch.

They are fast, it’s yummy and at a good price. Their general Tsao wings are yummy and the tea comes in a bucket! I especially like their crab wonton and I get a side of sweet and sour.

Got delivery the other day — veggie spring rolls, garlic sauce tofu. Good food, right amount of spice. Quick service, woman on phone wasn’t the friendlist, but delivery guy seemed nice. Wish they had provided chopsticks (must have to ask for those special) but they did give us a chinese wall calendar. Was not expecting that!

We have ordered Simons for delivery 4 times. The lo mein noodles are the best! And the sesame chicken combo is great, too! Delivery is always fast. Simons provides cutlery, sauces, and twice now we have received a Chinese calendar as a gift. I would definitely recommend Simons to anyone looking for delivery Chinese food.

This place is horrible. First time & last time. I wish I could give it a negative rating. The food tasted horrible repurposed frozen food. I couldn’t believe it.

This has been my go to place for chinese since I moved here last year. The delivery is always fast and the food is always hot and fresh. Perfect little neighborhood spot for something quick.
Oh and I’ve never gotten sick after eating here:)

This has been my go to chinese delivery place since moving to D.C. Their standard Chinese food dishes are standard, but what sets this place apart are their general tsaos wings. Thats right, you heard me, GENERAL TSAOS WINGS. These masterpieces combine the beauty of General Tsaos sauce with the strength and audacity of a jumbo sized chicken wing.

Blergh after two years of being regulars to the point where they say «Oh hi!» when I give them my address… Simons has fallen. Hard, fast and far. First they stopped with their freebies, which is fine, but when they cut back on the amount of meat in nearly every dish, leaving me poking thru my veggies for even a tiny morsel… that’s when I knew things were taking a turn for the worst. I rode out the crappy orders because I felt a sense of loyalty after ordering from them for so long, but the last few orders were borderline inedible. Iffy tasting meat and a gritty texture to the lomein, like the sauce had gone bad… ugh. I tossed out the menus last night and have gone out in search of a new delivery place.

Good carryout/​delivery in Petworth. Highly recommend!

Fast, cheap, and delicious delivery!
I called to order the pork lo mein, an egg roll and a soda, and they delivered in 10 minutes flat. The food was much better than a similar order I had from «Spring Garden» the previous night (the same neighborhood). Highly recommended for delivery.

As far as Chinese delivery, Simon’s is my current favorite. All the food is tasty (no «old» taste or mystery chicken that I find so frequently). Delivery to our humble abode in Petworth is speedy, speedy, speedy.
They always send something free — an app for a huge order, sometimes a can of soda. While it’s nice to play freebie roulette, if you’re concerned about wasting food or soda, ask for your order only.
Nothing spectacular here, but if you’re looking for a dependable delivery standby for those days you just don’t feel like cooking, keep a takeout menu by the phone.
