Carlie is a cocktail QUEEN. Straight up — makes some of the best drinks I’ve ever tasted, is an absolute blast to work with, and a great person to boot.
Cannot recommend working with her and Stir enough — you will not be disappointed!

Stir rocks!!! I had a Bourbon themed party at my place that included first Whiskey tastings and then three totally delicious Whiskey based cocktails that included a proper julep with crushed ice and fresh mint and a phenomenal Whiskey sour. They were all seriously delicious and way above what you’d get at a bar on a night on the town… The love for the art and the ingredients really showed!!! My friends all agreed, and that included a couple Whiskey snobs (cocktails really???) including me, but when a cocktail is that thought out its as good as a neat Whiskey, incredibly tasty and with many aromas and none tasted had any fruitiness or random sweetness I normally associate with ‘cocktails’. The gents were as pleased as the ladies. Carlie rocked and also showed us how to cut ice (she brought a giant cube and a saw…) and gave us notes on the whiskies and the drinks when she served them. I’d hire stir again very happily for any event, it was perfect. The only thing I’d suggest if I had to be picky is to slow down some of the cocktail making and add more speaking time about them, teaching or downtime; a few folks that don’t imbibe as much were loving the taste of things but what they were really there for was the atmosphere and tasting the craft more than anything. The rest of us were more than happy to have their leftovers!!!
