Wonderful teachers. A very welcoming environment to learn tango. They focus not only on developing technical dancing skills, but also social dancing skills and social tango etiquette. A great experience and one that has developed into a lifelong tango obsession.

If you’ve ever had even the smallest curiosity to learn more about Argentine Tango and you live in the DC metro area you should check out Tango Mercurio. They have a wide set of options when it comes to scheduling, so you have no excuse to not go.
The instructors are friendly and encouraging.
Just beware: you might get hooked!

Great place to learn tango! The instructors are excellent, teaching not just dance steps, but correct posture, form, and dance etiquette. In the past year I’ve taken classes with Masha, Enrique, Ramu and Aja and highly recommend each of them. Classes are challenging but always fun.
