Twin Oaks West Apts

Zadia is absolutely amazing! I called, eager to see one of the 1br + sunroom units, but my roommate and I couldn’t manage to get down to visit during the office’s weekday hours. Zadia was so sweet and very responsive, and set a time for us to come in on the weekend, taking time out of her schedule to help us.
Zadia was very knowledgeable about the building and the unit in particular, and gave us a fantastic tour: hardwood floors, gas stove, big bedrooms, and a gorgeous view of the neighborhood! And such a cool, historic building. Although it wasn’t quite right for us, since we need a bigger sunroom to serve as a bedroom, I think this building would be a great match for a couple or a single person looking to live in a really fun, vibrant part of the city. I will definitely refer any apartment-​seekers to Twin Oaks and more specifically, Zadia!

Great apartment building and even better office staff!
I moved into a studio (~380 Sqf) in October and am loving it. All utilities (except internet) are included in the rent, which for me is $ 936 — somewhat cheaper than most because I’m on the ground floor. The folks in the office are very friendly and helpful and the facilities maintenance guys (Douglas and Henry) are always around, easy to reach, insanely helpful and they know most of the residents personally. I can’t say enough good things about Doug!
Drawbacks: The studios can be somewhat dark, and the building has cockroaches, but if you are fastidious you can keep them to a minimum.
