Staff was friendly enough & I like that it exists in the train station since I was able to kill time here waiting on my bus. Overall, I would have been happier with more selection and maybe less narrow aisles since I had my suitcase on me that I was forced to lug around. I wasn’t particularly enthralled or impressed with this location.

Merci Miss K! My initial under garment escapade started with a phone call as I was online looking for some items. The über friendly voice on the other line was helpful in letting me know what I wanted was in stock, along with some great sales they had going on… who Doesn’t like a good sale?! After my quick rail ride, I arrived & walked in to an outgoing and friendly hello and welcome from the Greeter. I stated what I was here for and after a quick two way radio exchange, I was directed towards the back of the store to Erica. However, I was intercepted by Kiena… what a lively presence and personality she had. I told K my preferences, and she basically schooled me on the various factors of undies, I almost pulled my phone out just to take notes. So after my quick and enhanced lesson, I selected some comfortable yet daring(in the eyes of the beholder Unilocalies) pieces. I also decided to try their line of hand creams that are not perfume infused, so I got the Coconut Milk Hand Cream and matching Body Oil. They have the mini’s on sale for $ 10, with BOGO free. And just before I was set to check out, I decided to take a quick peak at the brassieres and ended up getting fitted. That Special K was on point again with her unique her demeanor as she shared her little catchphrase«Don’t be in D-nial of needing a bigger bra size». Not only is the store in immaculate order, even for a tight space of being inside Union Station, every area/displays was very organized and staged neatly. The Dressing Rooms were clean and fresh smelling(very important to me) with an employee stationed there to assist. Even the male employee had some gifts in staging and organizing… the Entire staff seemed to gel and work very well together. Forgot the young lady’s name at the register, who was actually the Greeter when I came in, but she really needs a high five full of kudos for her gifted skills of patience and customer service. The customer ahead of me was doing just way too much on so many aspects of not being checkout ready. Yet, after what seemed like a 10 minute wait and few calls for back up for other cashiers, it was my turn. I got an apology for the wait, and was taken care of in less than two minutes and was out. I definitely will make this my go to store and summons Kiena to be my unofficial personal shopper. She was the full package on customer service and product knowledgeable. I really embraced her approach in getting me to expand my wings of undergarments and the unlimited possibilities that secretly awaits me. Thanks K!

I had a really positive experience here and wanted to follow-up. The staff here were really great at locating the bra I had asked for, and they were super helpful in measuring and fitting it. They also were relaly patient with my gift card issues. Overall, the selection is good, the staff, helpful, and the price is right.

When I doubt what to wear… wear all pink… Located inside union station… VS stores sell Pink sweat pants and sweat top… Pink tees… some Pink tanks… Pink flip flops… Pink pj’s…some athletic wear for women… but I have yet to see their actual daytime clothing you wear out of the house in their stores… The size chart doesn’t apply to all of their clothing even if they tell you it does… You might be able to find out if the other VS stores in your area will start carrying clothing since they are already claiming theirs Will… Good luck! :)

Went in today to start my swimsuit shopping. the best time to come here is around 6 ish, its not very crowded and you can hear yourself think, unlike most VS locations i go to. Now, since this store is in union station they don’t carry everything but they have majority of what you could be shopping for. i was surprised they even had swim suits since not all locations carry them. i found myself getting frustrated with options for large chest women but the associates here were very nice and helpful so i didn’t walk out empty handed. I do feel like they should get a security guard because there were a group of rowdy teens when i entered but they left shortly after that so its all good. Would i rant and rave about this location… hmmm no. BUT its convenient and to the point.

I LOVE Union Station and I LOVE shopping in Union Station. How absolutely perfect is it that they have a VS in the station, right? It would be perfect if Limited Brands would take note and improve the store. Selection of inventory is small. Staff is rude and act like they can care less if they’re there.(A couple of times, I actually had to chase down salespeople in order to get some help! The one or two salespeople who actually worked are bombarded with questions and requests.) Well, the employment rate is still at 9% so I’m sure if VS wants to hire an entirely new team with people who would be more than happy to be there, they can do it in the blink of an eye.

I came here to get my free panty, my free weekender tote, to return a bra that was too big, and to get $ 10 off a new bra. On 8⁄12 w/Mara G, Charlene & Terrentia fantastic. i let them drag me all over the store, sell me on all kinds of stuff, and send me to the cash register to be checked out. This shopping experience was as good as it gets!

Don’t ever come to this location — go to any other one in the area. This place is packed to the brim with people wasting time before getting on their trains. And 90% of these other customers are thirteen year-old girls who are scrambling to find a bra that they can afford with whatever souvenir money they have leftover from their 8th grade fieldtrip to Washington, DC. More often than not, they just crowd up the dressing rooms, make a lot of noise, and leave a big mess. In the end, this wouldn’t be that big of a deal if it weren’t for the fact that when I bought a two-piece set from this location, I got home and later realized that the store clerk had only put one piece into my bag after removing it from the hanger. I immediately called them and they had realized their mistake and set the other piece to the side, but I still had to make the trek back there to pick it up. Not cool.

What do you do when you get a $ 30 gift card to a store that you don’t like? Aye, you go to the store and spend it on the most useful things you can find. With Victoria’s Secret, it’s easy; the most useful thing they have is underwear. And not just underwear — PANTIES(sorry, Bassey). Five for $ 5? Excusez mon français mais fuck yes! I’d get bras but 1) I don’t like padded/weird/push-up bras and 2) I’m all about using money efficiently. Anyway, I thought it was weird that there was a Victoria’s Secret in Union Station, but whatever — better for me, as I have no idea where the other stores are located and this is right off the red line. So I strolled in with my gift card and spent about half an hour picking out six pairs of panties. There are so many colors and styles to choose from! The employees were very nice, but not so nice that I felt pressured to accept their credit card offer. HAHA! Suckas. I don’t understand why people offer gift cards. Why don’t you just give me money? :(
