So I come in to buy some Polo shirts nice 40% off sale. I walk in, not greeted, not asked if I needed help. While all 3 associates stood at the counter talking about their upcoming weekends. Two guys and female. I stayed in the store tens minutes and never was spoken too. Needless to say, I left purchasing nothing.

I would like to post a note here to thank the manager of this store for being very helpful with a disappointing experience I had at another Brooks Brothers store.
My mother frequents this store and has several times purchased gifts for me here. The merchandise is of course, great quality, and at a good price in the outlet mall environment.
But the real thing I am impressed with is how the manager responded to my complaint and made sure that my voice was heard. If it weren’t for her service, I probably would have written the Brooks Brothers brand off for good.
