As far as pizza joints go, this place is good. Every time I go in to pick up my order the place is packed and the staff is always busy. That’s a great sign or a good business.
The pizzas I order are always done right and hot out of the oven. I did like it before, how the cashier would open the box for you to double check your order.

This jets has to be the worst in the chain. I love Jets, but will never get a pie from here again. Pizza is never ready, worst counter help, also never ready when said even when not busy. Was offered free pizza by manager, but when called no one could find info.

Used to be one of my favorite pizza places until two nights ago. So disappointed with the service. I tried to place an order, and asked the person on the phone if the had any coupons to apply to my order. He came back to say that it was against company policy. In the past, they have always offered a coupon price by phone and now you have to hand carry in the coupon according to Mark the manager. Apparently the company spends thousands of dollars in advertising and they want you carrying in coupons. Never placed the order.

When we went to pick up our pizza I was immediately unimpressed. The service was severely lacking. However, when we opened those boxes of pizza all of my ill feelings towards Jet’s promptly faded away.
It was great, enough sauce, enough cheese and enough toppings. Really well done.
