Lucy Jo’s Brink roast coffee is in my top 3 for dark roast coffees. It’s rich, complex and packs a good caffeine kick. They’re really friendly at the Troy Farmer’s Market and recently started selling coffee by the 3 pound bag which offered a nice price break. I have few reasons to go to the Troy Market in the summer since I’m in a CSA, but I will make the drive for Lucy Jo’s.

They have a booth at the farmer’s market and I had been out of coffee for a week, and apparently incapable of going to the grocery store to buy some. I picked up a 10oz package of a medium-​dark roast for $ 12. It is okay, but I’ve had much better coffee at that price point. Probably not some place I will purchase coffee for home consumption again, but it is not bad. Its fine.
