This was the absolute worse customer satisfaction experience ever! The manager on duty the evening we were there should not be working in a job where she is expected to interact with others! Don’t waste your money or time at this one! Here’s the scoop: My family decided to stop here this evening to get some dinner while traveling home on vacation. We sat down to place our order, and our waiter reviewed the specials with us. Our original order was a medium Skinny pizza, wings, and spaghetti. The water asked us if we would like to add a second medium pizza so that we could get the special pricing. I questioned this, as I assumed a Skinny pizza was a speciality pizza, and would not be included with any specials. He said that we could get two medium Skinny Pizzas for the special pricing. Of course, we said yes using the information he gave us. A few minutes after placing our order, he came back and said that he provided us with the wrong pricing information. We said that was fine, and would go with one medium Skinny pizza. Shortly after, he came back the second time and said that he had fixed our order and the we would be fine to get the two mediums at the special pricing. My husband and I just went with it. The pizzas came, we ate, all was good. Except, our daughters spaghetti didn’t arrive until 45 minutes later! My husband and I tried to be congenial about it, accident happen, and we weren’t going to let it ruin the end of our vacation. Our waiter was kind and apologetic throughout the entire experience. When it came time to check out, we were unfortunately surprised on many accounts. Our waiter got the female manager on duty and she rang up our order. We were charged for TWOLARGEPIZZAS!!! Our order, that was late and screwed up to begin with, cost us over $ 50! First we were given the wrong information by our waiter, who then came back and lied to us, saying that it was going to be fixed with the pricing and the way that we ordered. We wouldn’t have ordered to much pizza if it wasn’t on special! Also, the female manager stated that the Skinny pizza could only be ordered in large. We were never corrected or given that information. We thought we were ordering Mediums and requested such. To make matters much worse, the manager never once apologized although the waiter stood there and did several times. The manager did not correct the situation, over charged us, and was incredibly RUDE as we walked out the door as she felt it was appropriate to cuss me in the presence of my young daughter. This situation has been absolutely deplorable and we will never be a Pizza Hut customer again!

Ordered online last night. Easy mobile website made everything smooth with ordering. Pizza was ready and waiting on me when I went to pick it up. Friendly staff at the register. Pizza was greasier than I’d anticipated but it was tasty and the service was good, 4 stars
