I received the WORST customer service from this place. Aside from them closing at a way too
Early hour of 6pm, they don’t take stock in the people they hire. I called three days in advance to
Set aside 1.25 pallets of retaining wall blocks that I confirmed were available for me to pick up. I live an hour away so I called one more time on my way down to make sure they had them. When I got there no one was around. One girl at the front paged someone to come and help me and no one ever came. I looked for myself in the blocks/​pavers section and there were only 20 of the ones I had asked for and half were broken. Finally someone came to help and lo and behold there were NONE of the blocks I needed. I was rushing like hell to make it before they closed and all I got was a «sorry.» Horrendous. If you’re expecting any kind of help or accurate information from this place – don’t expect it.

This place is beautiful. The plants are beautiful and the setting is a restored cotton mill, a large and graceful brick building. When plant-​loving friends and relatives come to visit I take them here and they always enjoy it.
The shrubs I’ve bought here have all been healthy and I’ve had much better success with them than when I pick something up at Lowe’s or Wal-​Mart. There’s also an excellent selection of gardening and landscaping aids of all kinds.
I feel the tug to visit every time I drive by.
