Tacos La Pasadita

This is a little food trailer outside a gas station. They have tables set up outside for people to eat when the weather is nice. They have their menu on the outside and this place is cash only. The menu has drinks, tacos, gordita, etc. The meat options include; pork, chicken, beef, Barbacoa, I think tripe and a couple others. I ordered pork and beef tacos, for two tacos it cost $ 3, I was kind of expecting it to be cheaper since it’s such a small operation. I personally think since the tacos were small they should charge less. Both the pork and the beef was super salty, on the bright side they did put a decent amount on the tiny tortilla. The cilantro didn’t look that fresh on the tacos and the verde sauce had no flavor. I was expecting more from a little mom and pop taco stand.

This little Taco Cart popped up recently in Watauga near the Shell gas station. Food is made fresh and to order. They serve Tortas, tacos and burritos only. With Beef, Barbacoa, and Al Pastor as possible meat options. Staff is friendly and the location is very clean. Prices start at $ 1.50 for tacos. I swing by often, hope to see you there.
