Hair is always done well but my stylist is repeatedly late. By late I don’t mean a few minutes but at least 15 or minutes. The atmosphere is not as welcoming as other places but that may be due to the amount of older clients who come to the shop. Other stylists do speak poorly about past customers or people who may want to be customers, but that doesn’t bother me as much as her being late. If my hair wasn’t done so well I definitely wouldn’t be a return customer.
