Stay Away, just going in there, the place is a mess. Took two people and over 20 minutes to update my phone number on their computer so it would be available for in house visit, for starters… 20 minutes on the phone this am for Geek Squad to pick up. Then told incorrectly that: my order# was incorrect, I could not order over the phone and they don’t take credit card numbers over the phone and then told I MUSTDIAL this number for service(this was about 40 minutes into my attempt to confirm a meeting that I was told I would hear from them on). I dialed twice and the number doesn’t exist. okay — Start again, this time with a supervisor who found my invoice and said oh yes that phone number wouldn’t work. Why would you EVER want to give these people your money and time??? STAYAWAY for your health unless its really really cheap and worth it in aggravation.

They listed this under the«car stereo installation» category, and let be be the first to say… BESTBUYISTHELASTPLACEONTHEPLANETYOUSHOULDEVERGET A CARSTEREOINSTALLED!!! They are a mess. After four separate screw-up I had to pay a 3rd party to fix their disaster. I wouldn’t trust these guys to park my car. Use for anything at your own risk, but car stereo installations… that is a joke.

I took my computer there last May because my Dell would always over-heat, especially when I had my speakers on. They fixed it perfectly with great professionalism. 10 months later, my computer has that problem once again. They once again fixed it up perfectly, but it took them 3 days. Price: $ 99. However, I have to take my PC back, because my computer won’t recharge anymore. Since they have a 30-day guarantee, they will take a look at it. I would have rated them 5-stars, but they: 1. Took 3 days. 2. Cost $ 99. 3. Did something to the BIOS that makes my computer not charge.
