Extra Space Storage

If you took the time to read my reviews the first thing you will notice is that I just don’t throw 5 star ratings around.
I needed top rent a storage asap, and as usual I jumped on Unilocal to find the best one around town.
I called about 3 different places which I will not mention because it’s simply not professional. But as soon as I called this place I couldn’t happen to notice the excellent customer support. The phone rep even took the time to send me a text with the price he offered and that included the first month free.
When I came to check out the business cleanliness and security, she had a reservation slash quote number with the quote I had been offered earlier via the phone. But she did not know about the free month special, but the notes left by phone rep were clear and complete, do she honored and gave me a free lock for the confusion.
I would recommend this business to all my friends and family.

This place is horrible! The guy at the desk is the rudest guy ever! I went to get a price and he had closed early. I tried asking what time they opened tomorrow bcuz I had paid 10 dollars online to reserve a unit and he kept telling me he was closed. He talked over me and waved his hand in the air shooing me away. My refund was supposed to be in the mail… 3 months ago. Go to store more america… That place is great! They let u borrow their moving truck and make sure your happy.
