We have been able to deal with this company a few times now and are pleased we found them. They are an honest business with great service. I am a terrible customer at times as I can be bit ornery when things are not going according to schedule. They will oblige you and take care of all your needs even when you are a stressful customer. I am thankful that they continued to assist me with my boat and all my needs concerning it.

Stay far far away from this company. A friend personally called the owner of this shop to set up the introduction for me. Unfortunately, every encounter I had with this company after the initial introduction was bad. I dropped my wave runner off to be serviced on a Wednesday, and I was told they would look at my ski, call me to let me know what was wrong, then start fixing it. I never received a phone call. Instead, I followed up to see whether the problem was diagnosed, and I was told they’d already started working on The ski. Odd… that’s not how they said it would go. I called again, two days later, to see how things were going, and I was told they were waiting for spark plugs that were due to arrive in 3 days. I called in 3 days to make sure the spark plugs arrived, but no one returned my call. I followed up the fourth day, and politely inquired about the spark plugs, as it had become apparent to me that the staff thought I was a bother. At that point, I was met with the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I was given one story after another about what was wrong with my jet ski and where things stood relative to the repairs. On more than one occasion, the owner yelled at me and told me to pick my jet ski up and get it out of his shop. Rather than going to deal with the abuse, I asked my husband to pick the ski up. When he got to Full Throttle, the owner bad mouthed me to him. Then, when my husband asked what was wrong with the ski and inquired as to what he did to try to fix it, the owner said, «I’m not saying.» The owner of Full Throtle lacks professionalism, customer service and common courtesy. Don’t waste your time or money here.
