I just purchased my XJL Jaguar from Fields today. Any dealership can provide point of sale good service. What can set a dealership apart? A dealership owning issues and fixing them to the customers satisfaction. How often have you heard of someone having problems at a car dealership? Well guess what — everyone has problems with them at some point. What sets fields apart is that they will do right by you to completely solve the problem and take care of you. I worked with my sales person Ted, the Sales Manager Derek, and the General Manager Tony due to some problems with a car we brought in for me from a dealership out of state. Some of the problems could have been prevented others were out of their control. Fields worked hard at solving the issues with getting this car brought in and making me — the customer, happy. That is what sets them apart and that is what will have me returning to buy my next Jaguar down the road. These gentlemen, and this company hold themselves to a higher standard, and based on my current experience with the out of state dealership I can attest that they are setting the mark for service excellence. Whether you are looking for a Jaguar, Land rover, or Volvo — this is the place I would recommend.

They found out what was wrong with my sons 2004 Jaguar x-type. had to order parts but the work was completed on time and done properly. Jeff kept in contact with me during the process. They even gave me a new Land Rover to drive while the work was being done.
