Haven’t been here in a while so decided to see if they changed things and nope. They are slower than ever and rude. I was hoping things would change but they clearly haven’t.

This the season to wait in line. The store was very disorganized. Associate did not want to help, the line to check out was out of control. I wish I could say it was due to the holidays but unfortunately I seem to have this issue every time I shop this store.

Worst experience here. This is the holiday season and this Old Navy is not prepared. Lots of employees moving about the store attempting to straighten up the mess of a store. A few very polite individuals looking to assist the customers. However there was ONE girl checking everybody out and the line was quite long. A girl came behind the register and grabbed hangers. A lot of us thought that maybe she was coming to help he poor girl checking people out, but no she left. When a customer went up to her and asked if someone could help at the register she replied she «was off». Not, «let me see if I can get someone to help». The customer left her items and exited the store. Kudos to the girl for helping out at the store even though she was not working, but that doesn’t mean that being polite and helpful to the customers goes out the window. After a few minutes I left my items too.

Yeah… this location has been open for about a year and a half and it’s gone the way of every other Old Navy in the metro area:
*Long lines always — even at 2pm on a random Tuesday
*One cashier working, despite the fact that there are 400 people in line
*Merchandise scattered everywhere — completely unorganized. Many areas look like a tornado came through, and again — not on a peak Saturday, on a random Tuesday afternoon when no one is in the store.
*Lots of employees walking around with headsets on but not actually working…
It’s a cheap, jumbly, disorganized mess of a store with generally inattentive, uncaring employees. Why shop here? $ 10 flannel pajama pants — if I could get away with it, I’d wear them everywhere.

On a Sunday afternoon there are only 3 cashiers on the line. While there is a line wrapping around the store. There are clearly more employees who could be jumping on a register. Horrible management. Ended up waiting 30 minutes to check out. Employees do not work effectively or efficiently. Will not ever shop at this poorly managed store.

Never enough staff at the checkout. This has been the case every single time I have been at the store.

Management here is obviously lacking any serious retail experience. There was a soda spill by the maternity/​newborn/​male toddler section that a staff member obviously thought putting a simple wet floor sign over it would «fix» it. There was not enough staffing and did not see any managers on the floor try to help matters. It was a 25 minute wait in line, due to cashiers were being pulled away from counter, when their requests for help were unanswered. When my husband and I finally got to check out and leave, we watched about seven girls walk out who were new hires and I said «welcome to hell». Seriously, go to Southridge, where the management give a darn about their staff, store appearance, and customers. Never again.

I took my boys school shopping and found a lot of great deals. I had also seen a Navy blazer online but was disappointed not to find it at the store. The young man at the register asked if he could look it up, and along with another young man from stock they located a black blazer, which I was ready to purchase. Then the second young man located an online return in navy, in the size I needed. I was thrilled that my trip was not in vain, and grateful for your employees going above and beyond.

Av extra star for cleanliness. However there was a long line of people at the register. It looked like 3 managers stood around and watched the line get longer as the one employee rushed to take care of everyone. The were three other registers. Please do not let this happen as customers get more and more upset.

It was my first time at this location. I noticed the girl with short hair wasn’t too friendly to me. I think she is a supervisor there. I’ll tell all my friends not to go there and of course I’ll not be going back there again.

I was excited when I found out the new Mayfair Collection had an Old Navy in it. The staff there is always pleasant, however, there is one employee in particular who was PHENOMENAL. Iesha was pleasant and extremely helpful both to me and I noticed towards other customers as well (both in store and on the phone). I highly recommend this store.

Was expecting bigger and better here being in the new mayfair collection, but to be honest, the store at southridge seemed to have more selection Perhaps it is just because they are new.
Store was clean and nice and everyone was helpful.
