Great service! Got a 3 pack off of group on and have loved each one. Very professional with each massage. Taking the time to get to know people. I would highly recommend this place.

This owner (Meredith) used to be located on Bluemound Ave about a quarter mile west of Hwy 100 last summer. I used a Groupon back at that time. Then they moved to somewhere around Lincoln & Hwy 100. Apparently, they are now on 124^th St in Brookfield. Unless the owner has had major revelations about how to appropriately treat a customer, I would not to use their services. When Meredith herself performed massages, they were not relaxing. She would talk about the stresses of the business, emphasize TIPPING, go on and on about herself, her opinions, etc. Her massage itself was a little rough and unsettling, perhaps becaues it was an expression of her overwhelm with trying to run a business?! I had an aquaintence confirm she had the same type of experience there and was appalled that a massage therapist would go on and on talking during the massage let alone about issues like expectations of tipping! The staff was quitting at a moment’s notice (if any notice at all). From that, you got the impression staff did not like working there. I once had an appointment for a massage with a woman and when I got there? I was informed I would receive my massage from a MAN because the woman had quit. That’s not appropriate in the spa business, you don’t just make a switch like that with a customer — you contact them ahead of time and ask if they would be COMFORTABLE with such a switch. This owner’s philosophy of «casual atmosphere» seems to equate with «inappropriate protocol». When they moved from Bluemound to Lincoln Ave, the Lincoln location was in disarray for a long time. There were constant issues about scheduling «rules». I stopped going for all the reasons above. Some of the staff gave a decent massage but, the air of «poor management» eminated and staff (and LOCATION!) changed continually. I even received a Groupon email indicating this provider did not meet Groupon standards and anyone with outstanding Groupons would be refunded by Groupon. It takes a lot to get a thumbs-​down from Groupon itself such that Groupon refunds your purchase! Again, unless this owner has come to major revelations about how to manage staff, treat customers appropriately, run a business, I would steer clear. Maybe you want to give her a second chance, I do not.

I came here for a prenatal massage and I was thoroughly impressed!
The inside of the building doesn’t look too much like a spa which made me a little questionable at first, but once I was taken to the actual massage room area it began to look a little more like a spa. Since they are a new business I don’t blame them for not having «top of the line» furniture.
The owner of the place, Meredith, is the one who gave me a massage. She made me feel SO comfortable and relaxed. We actually ended up chatting the entire massage (which surprisingly didn’t bother me) because of how funny and nice she is. The massage itself was INCREDIBLE. I’m used to the «massage envy» type, and this was far from that. Unlike other massage services, the 60 minute time started when the massage started. A lot of other places start time the minute you fill out the clipboard or start undressing.
At the end of the massage I was handed a large FIJI water bottle which really impressed me. That water is expensive and it was just an extra gesture to show that they care about their clients.
They do accept walk in appointments, so I suggest scheduling one with Meredith. Being a business owner myself, I know how important word of mouth is and I just had to vocalize to everyone how awesome she is!
