Metrowest Family Acupuncture

Never having tried acupuncture before, I followed the advice of friends who have and checked out the qualifications of a few practitioners in my area.
Meredith’s qualifications impressed me right away.
Not truly convinced it would work, I took a leap of faith, combined with an open mind, and made my first appointment.
Her location is very convenient on the Framingham Wayland line, 20 mins from Ashland.
Acupuncture isn’t for everyone. Sometimes your body doesn’t respond to it. Some times it may take a few treatments. Then sometimes you feel a change in your system right away. Turned out my body responded physically to the first treatment. No magic or miracles, but a sign that something was going on in my body. My blood pressure is now low enough that my doctor agrees I don’t need to start meds she had prescribed 2 months earlier. My chronic problem with fluid in my ears, due to allergies, can be relieved without nasal sprays.
Meredith’s office is tranquil and quiet. The treatment table is comfortable and heated. She is great at finding just the right pressure points that need work.
I now have had 5 weekly sessions and notice many benefits. I’m a firm believer now that acupuncture helps my body and I even had my PC give me her blessing to continue.
