I just want to add, that Jennifer was extremely helpful too! I didn’t want to leave her out as she has taken numerous calls from me with questions. These guys are great and I will never go anywhere else again!

Made in USA and all made for the customer. Love this place and the staff. Delivery team was excellent.
My favorite was not being chased around the store but still given amazing service. The product knowledge of the two women who work there is impressive.

Do not waste your time coming to this store. Thought everyone that worked here was real and honest. Boy was I wrong. Received the wrong mattress and was told I ordered the one I did not order. Told me my furniture was coming on the day I requested and then called me to say I never said that date and it wasn’t coming until the next day when my invoice even said the day I requested. No one is ever on the same page in that store and they all speak a different language and seem like they are strangers to one another. On top of that, my $ 900 couch broke within two weeks; the arm rest cracked– not even worth calling them to tell them. Never going back there again.

please rrad! i am not the type of person that has the time to type reviews on experiences with buissiness but in this case i had to share this with the public. it is not worth any savings that you may think you maybe getting from the store is worth any purchase from them. the store is called furniture and mattress gallery. after the sale they are full of lies and promises that no customer should ever be exposed to. jimmy a hard working furniture hustler has so much to learn to be a successful leader and buissines man. he potrays the part of manager, salesman, delivery schedualer, the smoozer the public relations guy and the person that will arque with you till the end after the sale is made to tell you how wrong you are about anything you were ever told about a dilevery. the store can not deliver their furniture or the furniture. he is a con artist and not a professional. i feel so sorry for any employees under him especially all the women. as you know the furniture is not of top quality and they represent it is ashley furniture. they say you get what you pay for and in this case it is below what ever you believe that is. after you walk in the door and get some what comfortable don’t get hooked on their 10 or 15 percent savings you might belive you are getting you will hate yourself after you paid them. the quality is low what you already knew there service and delivery is 50 percent lower than that. their arrogance no animal should be subjected to. if you dispute or challange them buy yourself or any family member they will arque wit you and tell yoi how wrong you are. before you buy from them go to the back of there stores look around look at tbeir at their trucks, their out door open storage containers look at the cleanliness of the store. ask them if you can visit their other stores in paterson or their warehouse if it exisit? i truly do not believe the stores will be around under the same name for much longer and if you believe there is any warrantee on any items you purchased you can forget about it. the only thing i can say to you is stay away or know what you are getti. g into. if you can find what you are looking for at a store that has a good reputation for 15 to 20 percent more buy it there it is like buying a insurance policy and product true product guarantee. stay away but now the rest is up to you and your choice ! they say you can’t judge a book buy it’s cover in terms case you trully can look at the characters the outside and all the inside pages then see if you want to touch the book and bring it in your home…

Would have been 5 stars, except that the furniture did not arrive on the scheduled day. I know it wasn’t their fault because the vendor did not send them the furniture, but I only found out an hour and a half before scheduled delivery time. They made arrangements to have it delivered the next day at a convenient time for me, so that I wouldn’t have to take a day off from work.
That being said, we were able to furnish 2 rooms (master bedroom, including mattress and family room) at a lower price than 1 room from the vendor. We absolutely love the furniture. The 2 delivery/​installers were very courteous and quick and did a pretty good job of cleaning up after themselves. They asked where I wanted each piece to be placed, and would have moved it around if I had asked.
I will recommend this to any one of my family friends because the furniture is good quality furniture from top manufacturers, just at an awesome price.

The experience here was awful. I went in for twin sized bunk beds. Instead, 3 weeks later (even tho they said it’ll take 3 days) I got full sized. When I called the store, I was told «this is what I picked out», even tho I had a hand written quote for the right beds. There was no ownership of her mistake whatsoever. Instead of apologizing, she yes’d me. This isn’t the disappointing part. What was so frustrating was the lack of communication and professionalism. I was told lie after lie, no straight answer and no phone calls back. I was strung along rearranging my work schedule 3 times because of their empty promises to deliver. There was nothing we could do about it. These people just took our money and then ignored us. Even after speaking to the «manager», jimmy, there was no difference. I will NEVER again shop here. I will NEVER again refer them anyone. Spend your money elsewhere. Maybe the South Brunswick, NJ stores they shop at for furniture to sell. NO STARS!!! We should strip away existing stars!

Great quality furniture for great prices… if you know what to look for! They can order almost anything from top manufacturers (I mean quality US furniture not box store junk) from catalogs at better prices! Just got beautiful leather couches and a Turkish rug. It’s well worth checking out.

Worst experience ever in shopping for furniture! and with the many choices that consumers have now a days customer service is a must. This place lacks that and so much more. Had furniture delivered and it was damaged, the owner of the company said he would take care of it. We never heard from him again and he is NOT returning our phone calls.

Beware of this store. Inflated prices! Find the same products at the Furniture & Mattress Gallery in Passaic, NJ for two-​thirds the price. Also, their delivery sucks! Damaged my door trims and broke delivered furniture. They never made good since they have your money already. BUYER BEWARE

Worst experience ever!!! Very rude, liars and will tell you anything to get your money. And when your furniture comes in damaged they do not care and will ignore you for weeks. Buyer beware. We shopped at the Union store and was the worst experience ever!!! We regret ever doing business with them. Avoid at all cost!!! I would give them no stars if I had the choice. Do yourselves a favor and don’t shop here.

I would not recommend this place. My fiancé and I had furniture delivered it missing piece to a bedroom set. We are still waiting a month to get the piece. When we called last time the person on the other line yelled over the phone to my fiancé. How unprofessional. Anyway, I would not recommend them.
