Stood around for 15 minutes waiting for assistance while I watched 3 of their employees goofing off and throwing boxes around. When I asked for help again, they barely acknowledged me. So rude! Walked out and I’m taking my $ 300+ purchase to Office Depot.

You got to be kidding me. Every employee in this location and Totowa seem to have all had a lapitomy. Why? They have no concept on even knowing how to turn on their own demos or answer a simple computer question. But they are all scholars in standing around texting and conversing with each other. Stay away and purchase ur computer online. My 2 yr old niece can be the store mgr. RIP Staples…

In addition to getting my office supplies at this location, I recently brought my PC for repair, after getting a «system fan failure» message. They diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced the fan promptly and had the unit back to me, in about four hours and a VERY good price($ 39.95 for the service and $ 7.99 for the fan). I bought the PC there and would definitely consider buying my next one there, as well. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. This is a repeat of a fan failure I had last fall, but I made the mistake of bringing the PC to a local computer repair shop. I should have brought it to Staples to begin with.
