Unilocal site said they were open from 11:00 — 3:00 on Saturday. We stopped to eat lunch there and were disappointed to find that they were closed. They need to update the site.

Great small town restaurant with excellent food and good old southern hospitality. If you are driving through Waynesboro you have to eat here. They have odd hours so call them first to see if they’re open. Reservations for dinner are recommended.

The boss took us here for a little work get together. I was so surprised! Totally kicked ass as far as expectations in Waynesboro. I had the seared ahi salad and the guys all wished they would have ventured out and order the same. There was a mix if burgers and lunch specials ordered and all looked great. Everyone enjoyed the food and the staff was friendly. I would have to say it’s the best in Waynesboro and about the only professional chef food around… Great place. It gets a 5 because it really is the only thing going…

Working down here in Waynesboro for over a month you learn quickly the restaurants that make your «A» list and the restaurants you probably wouldn’t think about going back to. Not only does the good day café leave you with a feeling of there’s never a bad day at the good day café, every meal is the best that it can be. Trust me, our group from California has tried every possible item on the menu and each one has left us talking about it for days. The good day creates an atmosphere of being in the south that makes you want to move down here. From the amazing food, to the great talks with Kevin, the owner, and the staff that greets you with smiles, laughs, and that wam southern feeling. Ashton, Susie, and Taylor thank you for your southern hospitality.

Have never had a disappointing meal at Good Day. The restaurant is small though so you normally can’t walk in without a reservation. It’s by far my favorite restaurant in Wboro.

Outstanding food and service. I have been working in the area for a number of months and this is by far the best location to eat in Waynesboro. The appetizers, entrees and desserts are all excellent. Just wish they were open more!

I am very grateful that we no longer have to drive 35 miles into Augusta to have a filet, burger, or a great salad. The crème brule’ is delicious and the overall meal was very satisfying.
The restaurant is beautiful and very clean, the staff friendly, and there is an outside screened area that is very quaint.
Dinner hours on thu, fri, and sat are very much appreciated.

Great service, generous portions reasonably priced. Absolutely better than anything Waynesboro deserves. Gourmet food with a hometown price tag, cant be beat.
I’d have given 5 stars except they have the oddest hours of any restaurant I’ve ever seen.
