William Mizell Ford

Okay I bought my car (Ford Fusion) over a month ago. I had to stop in to the dealership yesterday and two of the employees knew me by name. They recognized me as a customer and greeted me by name.
Charles and Jordan were the two young men that approached me and called me by name. I am very impressed. These young men meet hundreds of people every week. For them to remember my face and name was wonderful. I felt valued as a customer.
Gavin the salesman whom I bought the car from gave me outstanding service as well. I have had several phone calls and emails inquiring if I was please with the service. I must say; YES I AM!!!
When it comes time for the purchase of a truck these are the guys we will be going to.
If you want excellent service and low pressure buying this is the place to go.

I had worked with a number of dealers in the area while searching out the truck I wanted. William Mizell was easily the most fair in price and in my trade-​in, which alone would have made me purchase here, but with the service they provide, shopping here is a no-​brainer!
I had Justin Parrish as my salesman and he was excellent. He was fast, fair, honest and worked to get me exactly what I wanted and when I wanted it. There was no pushing me to buy or extreme lowball offers off the bat, like I had experienced elsewhere. The finance director and his assitant were both efficient and extremely helpful as well.
I couldn’t say enough about the staff here, I was extremely pleased with every aspect of my purchase!

William Mizell Ford will be the only car dealer I will deal with from now on. They gave me what I wanted for my trade ins (2) I even traded a motorcycle. They even work a great deal with the price of the truck. The time I spent getting paperwork done was very quick. I would say they have their ducks in a row. 2 friends of mine recommended William Mizell to me, and it was the best experience I have ever had.

I am a fan of William Mizell Ford because the saleman, Justin, and the sales manager, Jeremy, worked hard to get me the vehicle I wanted. The local Ford dealers apparently just wanted to sell from their inventory, so, I took the drive to William Mizell Ford which is about 45 minutes away, and they got me exactly the SUV I asked for.
I definitely will refer my friends to this dealership.
