The guys that come out to your home to fix any physical problems with wires and that kind of stuff are really super nice. They know what they are doing. So, why only three stars? Because the receptionist is rude. Once in a while she is sweet, but you never know what you are going to get. Someone I know went there in person once with an Internet connection complaint, and she hit a switch to fix the problem. Whether this action actually does something or is a diversive parlor trick, I have no clue. When I called last spring to ask for the manager, she said that complaints had to go through her unless I mailed a letter. Less than ten seconds after hanging up, my Internet connection was lost. Coincidence or crime? I do not know. Plus, the whole place shuts down for lunch. Huh? Guys on the move, I understand. At a desk, your lunch will get interrupted, but you will also get paid through your lunch. I did it, and you get more business that way. Sure, some days are crazy, but most customers admire dedication. So listen– you cannot stop in and pay your bill at lunchtime. This is the only cable/Internet racket in town. Sometimes, our connection is slow and I want to go down the road and adjust the pie plates and Tinkertoys that receive the«ping» from space. Sometimes, I just want to ask my dad to steal cable again, as he did in the good, ol’ late eighties and on into the early two-thousands. Sometimes, I just enjoy what I got right now and remove two stars for blunt remarks and quiet lunches.
