I agree with the other reviewer, They just don’t answer their phone. And, it’s not just during lunch hours or after 3:30pm. I tried for over two hours during normal business hours and all I get is a recording with no way to even leave a message. Definitely not satisfactory!

Although the doctors are fine (although like many dermatologists pretty quick) my big complaint is no one answers the phones during lunch or after 3:30. This is 2012 and I really think they could afford to at least hire a receptionist to work normal hours.
