Average food but a wide variety… I was pleasantly surprised by the sushi… a smaller variety but most of it was quite delicious

One star is pushing it, but it won’t let me choose zero. Went here with my two teenage children, it was in the evening and not very crowded (should have been a sign). We were seated immediately, and proceeded on our journey of the extensive buffet, the journey lasted long enough to say eww. All the trays were empty, and were never refilled while we were there. What was available was horrible, it ended up being comical because we had plates full of once bitten food. We will never go back here, I don’t know how they stay open.

Overall the food was tasty, but it was not was hot as it might have been. I had eaten here once before, and I would probably eat here again, but it is certainly not the best Asian restaurant in Weatherford! Nor is it the worst.

I went to eat here on Friday, August 28, 2015. It was during the lunch hour. The staffing was at an appropriate level. I was seated immediately with no wait. All of the fresh entre foods were well stocked and it was hot. It was so hot I nearly burned myself on the handle of the tongs.
I chose the steamed rice, chicken on a stick, chicken teriyaki, sesame chicken, crab rangoon, fried donut and one regular dinner roll. It was tasty, much better than the old Mongolian Grill just a couple of blocks away. For dessert I had one watermelon wedge, some chocolate pudding, and strawberry sauce covered bananas. It was enough to eat and the price including the drink and sales tax was $ 10.80.
All three of the people that I encountered were polite at a level above what I expected for a buffet like this.
I will definitely return to this place and I would recommend to all people that I know

Some of the worst food I have ever had. Everything was cold. Not room temp. Cold. On a buffet, keeping food hot is how you don’t kill anyone from food-​born illnesses. I will never be going back here again.

I am very skeptical of buffets, so was a bit hesitant to try China Harbor. Buffet sushi? It made me cringe to think of it, as I imagined dried up, tasteless hunks of fish. Boy, was I surprised! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they told us about all of their various foods, including the sushi bar. I could see the sushi chef right there, making fresh rolls. I LOVE sushi, so that is the first place I headed. I took one piece of each of the many rolls, and it filled my plate. So I returned to my table and began eating my sushi rolls. I was amazed at how good everything was, and the spicy mayo was the perfect touch. The salmon nigiri was a bit on the thin side, but other than that, the sushi was excellent. Not on par with a good sushi restaurant, but very darned close, and excellent for a buffet.
My husband sampled everything, from the salad bar to the raw oysters, the Chinese dishes, and the American cuisine… but I was so enamored with the sushi bar, I just kept going back there. I did wander over to the tempera vegetables, which were also wonderful, and had a couple coconut cookies for dessert, but the sushi bar kept me happy. My husband said the quality of the other food was good also. I don’t know if I will ever be able to try it, as I will be filling up at the sushi bar! I can’t wait til our next visit!

Ate there and food is horrible. Greasy, &lukewarm. Spring egg rolls were nothing but dough. Soup was like warm. Just not a good place. Didn’t feel too good after I ate either.

Absolutely horrible. Food was old and had been sitting for awhile. If you wanted anything fresh you literally had to ask for it. What a waste of $ 25 for two people.

I went on a Saturday afternoon around 1:30. It wasn’t too crowded and the bins at the buffet was well stocked. Typical Chinese selections and quite a few American too. Sushi bar, salad bar and dessert bar well stocked.
Two main issues. Food cooled down too fast and not worth $ 14.00 for lunch and a drink.
I won’t be back unless I have a discount coupon.

Eat at your own risk! The food was not fresh and most bins were empty. Our visit was 2 ½ hours before closing so I guess you pay for the same $ 12 dollar meal, but end up scraping the bottom of the bins for left overs. I asked multiple times for fresh food to be put out with no success. I guess they wanted to use the remaining customers to clean up the scraps. I will never go back!

1^st time to eat here. Not all that impressed. I’ve eaten at places all over the country and this is the first place that didn’t have chicken on a stick of some type. Food was hot spoons and knives are hard to find i had to ask for them. Overall, if you are not too picky give it a try. It’s the only place in Weatherford anymore

I am not a big fan of buffets
but the hot food was hot & the cold food was cold that is a good start.
they have a nice sushi bar. fried dumpling were good everything we got was fresh.
clean service was very good friendly and helpful.

We went on May 11^th for lunch. We had a birthday and a very LARGE party. The staff was so nice and kind to us (even though some of us were pretty demanding – not me some other people in my party).
They made a cute little birthday cake out of wafers and chocolate cake. So cute!
They had prime-​rib and rib-​eye. I have been to the one in Arlington before and they did NOT have prime-​rib or rib-​eye. Sushi chef was wrapping new treats when we were there. We had a great experience. Good food at good prices!

Most asian buffets are unclean and gross, but this is a great one! I love to eat here! they have a lot of Japanese, Chinese, and American foods here. so if you have a friend craving Asian food and you could care less, stop here.

The absolute worse buffet I’ve EVER been to.
Showed up at 4:30 pm. I typically get a hot plate, & cold plate (salad or sushi) to start with.
The sushi was dry… when I grabbed it w/​my chop sticks, some rice flaked off of the roll. When it hit my plate, I could hear it.
When I moved over to try my «hot» plate, two out of the four items on my plate were STONE COLD! The baked seafood medley, that I typically get at most buffets was warm, but… rubbery! Like it had been sitting out a bit too long to.
They also don’t include knives w/​place settings. So, had to cut my 2 yo’s food w/​his fork
And I think it’s pretty cool when actual Chinese folks work at a Chinese buffet.
But, I’d be nice if they spoke a LITTLE BIT of English. Asking too much?
The ONLY thing I liked… the 1 crab cake.

We ate here last night for the first time; we’ve done take out before bu had not been in the dining room to eat. It would have been nice to have a knife and a spoon on the table, or a least a spoon for the hot tea. I got one myself from the buffet, but I had to pull out three or four before I found a clean one.
Everything did seem very hot on the buffet, but there wasn’t a lot of variety of Chinese dishes. There was pizza, french fries, potato salad, jello, dinner rolls so would probably be good for kids. There also was a buffet area that had a selection of meats, but it was all covered so it would need someone to serve it, but there was no one there, so I can’t comment on that. Mostly it was the usual fare, egg and spring rolls, fried rice, lo mein, schezuan chicken, pepper beef. Nothing tasted bad, but nothing was great either.

very wide selection of foods. Everything is hot or cold as appropriate. Good service. Many non-​Asian dishes available as well. If you don’t have a full belly when you leave it’s your own fault.
