Discount Tire Store – Weatherford, TX

I came in from out of town to visit family. I had a flat tire the morning after I drove in, so my brother in law was nice enough to bring the tire and wheel in to have it repaired while I attended a play with my grandmother. The tire couldn’t be repaired, which is fine and not the reason for the negative review. They said that they were closing early and would be able to change out the tire the next day. So, my sister left my tire and wheel with them, with the idea being that I could go in the next day and choose a tire and have it replaced. The only problem was that the next day was Sunday, and they were closed… with my entire wheel in their shop. I had work on Monday and had to call my boss and explain that I couldn’t come into work because I was trapped 5 hours away. I spent half my day on Sunday trying to find a place that could sell me a wheel. I called at about 8:01 am on Monday. They said they would have the new tire put on my wheel and balanced in about 30 minutes and would put it on quickly. Almost two hours later, I am still sitting in their waiting room and they haven’t even taken my car back yet. This place has taken an easy problem and made it so much worse. At least they were polite while I waited and had free water and coffee. Oh yeah, they also added a replacement certificate to my bill without even mentioning that it was optional.

Been using this store for my tires for last 10 years. Staff is courteous, helpful, and knowledgable about tires. Just recently purchased wheels and tires for my lifted 85 Chevy truck. They took their time made sure the tires were going to fit and they were very careful with my newly restored pickup.
Discount has the best tire warranty for replacement and I recommend always purchasing the certificates for every tire you buy. I will continue to use this store for my tire needs in the future.
Just remember, they are busy for a reason. It is because they are excellent at what they do!!!
