Massey’s Septic Tank Cleaning

We were told by a plumber that our septic tank was full and we needed to have it pumped immediately. He even told me to use as little water as possible until we could get someone out because it could overflow. I called around on the Monday of a holiday weekend for septic service. 5 calls later, a super friendly lady at Massey’s answered. After I told her my sob story, she said they could have someone out that afternoon. Phil (lip?) arrived when promised and was professional and knowledgeable. He took a look in the septic tanks, which weren’t full, then at the main drain line from the house, which was blocked. He cleared the blockage with a garden hose in about 20 seconds then taught me how septic systems work and showed me that ours was nowhere near full nor was it ready to be pumped. 5 stars for Massey’s for being open and squeezing me in. And 5 stars for Phil for going above and beyond and saving the day!
