Ok so you know a chain restaurant has to screw up really bad to warrant a Unilocal review. The good– the salad with the anti pasto was really good. Aaand that’s where the good ends. The bad– The service was horrible, had to keep wiring for everything. The server forgot our appetizer so it was nice and cold when it came out with our meal. My meal was cold when I finally got to it. We were dining with our twin toddlers, so I ordered the normal spaghetti with grilled chicken, never said a word about meat sauce, I know better. Their food came out covered in it, had to go back, 10 minutes later it finally comes out. My husband ordered the portabello mushroom ravioli on the lunch special,(this is just stupid) we were given lunch menus, we ordered off the lunch menu, yet when it came time for the ticket they unapologetically decided to charge us dinner prices. So almost all of our feed was cold, we certainly didn’t come close to drinking $ 6 worth of tea, our twins filled up on breadsticks as opposed to the food that we paid for them to get. They did comp the kids dish, what should have been comped was the appetizer. We were sorely disappointed and while we may not go in the restaurant to ear very often I get food to go from this location several times monthly, after seeing how worthless as a customer I am to them today though, I won’t be back for a long time, if at all.

I come here on a simi regular basis. I wanted to get the new bread stick sandwich they advertise on tv. It comes with fries that are seasoned with parmesan cheese. The sandwich you can get the meatball or the chicken one. I decided on the chicken one. It was really good. I Thought it was as just just right as far as the portions. I also got the usual salad they offer too. The service was polite and friendly. Good place.

I’ve eaten at Olive Garden a few other times in my life, but they have never been that memorable. My family and I stopped into this location last night and I have to say it was amazing. The food was so damn good. I am a 150lb guy and I ate several breadsticks, two bowls of soup, two Plates of pasta, and drank two beers and another drink. The food was just too good to quit eating.(Regretfully, I had to pull over and throw up on the way home.) The waitress was nice, although a bit too quiet for the noisy atmosphere and a little slow at tending to us. It was very busy though, so I do not hold it against her. We spent $ 63 for my food, my wife’s soup and drink, my son’s pizza, fries, and drink, and my drinks. Not too bad really. We had a fun time, so it was very worth it. Im not big on franchise restaurants. I feel like all of the soul is gone out of them. That being said, Olive Garden may very well be my new favorite restaurant.

Yes, it’s an Olive Garden chain restaurant, so my expectations weren’t high to start with, but this one missed the mark even for low standards. The tables were dirty & worn, floors sticky, ladies room a mess. The salad was squishy & sad & drowning in dressing. I remember the good old days when Olive Garden had huge olives on their salads & the quality of the food was actually decent. They’ve really gone downhill. It’s sad. I ordered chicken alfredo & instead of putting sauce on the pasta, they put a big clump of chicken on top of dry pasta, then put a small amount of sauce on top of the chicken. Needless to say, there wasn’t enough sauce to cover the pasta, so it tasted like eating plain, sauceless pasta. So gross. I also remember when their pasta was less similar to grocery store packaged pasta. The positive things are the breadsticks were still pretty good & the waitress was nice & did a good job. Everything else, though. Not so much. They don’t even give out Andes mints anymore. All the nostalgia of my youth is gone from this restaurant.

I see Olive Garden advertised on TV and it always looks so good. Periodically I pass one and think, «why don’t we eat here more often?» Than we actually stop at one, sit down, and start eating. THEN I REMEMBER!!!# GARLIC. Lots and lots of GARLIC. There is no getting away from it… it is in the bread, the red sauce, the white sauce, EVERYWHERE. ICK. GAG! Remind me… next time I want to stop at an Olive Garden… I don’t like it.

Every time me my family are here we always have a fantastic experience. The food is always fresh and tasty. The service is always fast and friendly. I would always recommend this restaurant to my friends and family. If you are looking for great food at a reasonable price this is the place to be.

Everybody loves to hate on Olive Garden but I love this place! It’s not authentic or the best but I don’t think it’s bad by any means. I used to not really like this place until I discovered one of my favorite dishes EVER. The steak gorgonzola Alfredo. O.M.G. I’m obsessed with gorgonzola and blue cheese. If it comes on it, you can bet I’m ordering it. I’ve ordered this dish the last million times I’ve been here, it’s so so so good. Other than that I’ve always had good service and how can you not like breadsticks?! :)

I tried the new fall entrée, the butternut grilled chicken liguini and it was fantastic. For dessert I ordered the pumpkin cheesecake which was amazing… a little bit of heaven.

Didn’t catch the name of the waiter but he was extremely nice, but took too long to refill drinks or follow up on our order. He got my order wrong, and didn’t return until everyone was nearly finished. The manager wanted to remake the dish, but I’m not of fan of returning food to the kitchen(you only get one chance) for redos. It’s not a terrible place, they just need to do a little better.

Even though Olive Garden is a chain, we have are frequent diners at the olive Garden restaurants. Typically we select local cuisine and small non franchise place to dine. But this is one of our exceptions. Quality and consistency is where I rate them. They also enter some new dishes which we enjoy. I cant remember the time that we did not have left overs.

I’ve had the express soup, salad and breadsticks lunch here four times in the past two months. I’m quite fond of the gnocchi and spinach soup, especially on these random cold days in Texas. I can get in and out of the Olive Garden in less than an hour, or even faster if I’m in a big rush to get back to work. Service has been great, too.

Although it’s a chain restaurant — we loved it. We were greeted and seated quickly with quick and friendly service. Drink didn’t stay empty long, if at all.

Love the Breadsticks and the new quartino 9oz wine offering is so cute and affordable! The wine glasses they brought out were very cloudy. I ordered a whole wheat pasta substitute with the sauce on the side, and it came out as if they just put the pasta in a bowl with grilled chicken on top, none of the other spices or oils were included that the description of what I ordered said was included.

Great place! I was greeted and seated in a heartbeat. Got my my salad and bread sticks in less than 3 minutes. And my Tour of Italy came in less than 10. My server also made an excellent deal to make sure my iced tea was always full.(I don’t remember her name though) The servers were so nice and friendly that I made sure to leave a good tip. Even the managers and some of the waiting staff told me goodbye as I walked out the door. Awesome place, awesome food, awesome people :)

Jenn provided excellent service without bugging us to death. Her smile and enthusiasm convinced us that this was more than just a job to her. Food was consistent – what you’d expect from here though I found the price point a bit high. Some day maybe Olive Garden will abandon iceberg lettuce?
